***Available for new clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays*** I provide a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, relationships, or life challenges. Whether you need a compassionate listener or a deeply reflective and analytical approach, I am here to support you. My professional development emphasizes gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity, with a special interest in shame and addiction.
Hi, my name is Gordon. Welcome! Born and raised in London I can be considered many aspects of the growing LGBTQAI+ community. In addition, I am an experienced queer male counsellor based in Guildford, working both online and in person. Therapy helped me to untangle my relationship with myself and my emotions from those of others. The world alone is a chaotic place to manage our own unknowns, anxieties, and traumas. I understand that everyone experiences the world in different ways, so unique problems require bespoke responses. Â
The aim of my practice is to support you through life’s challenges and difficulties. You may be looking to better understand your reactions, gain insights and practical ways to move forward. I can help you with areas where you feel stuck or aspects of your life you’d like to change, but don’t know where to start. To get a better sense of how I work drop me a line to arrange a free call. I have over 15 years experience and clients often report feeling calmer, more confident and secure within themselves, their lives and relationships.
I work from an inviting and comfortable room in Willesden. I’m an integrative therapist carefully weaving together seamlessley a range of approaches to provide you with a style where our relationship is the basis for the transformative opportunity of therapy. I readily use creative tools including play, art, drama, dance, and music where these are useful for you.  I have particular expertise in counselling for men; substance misuse; eating disorders; grief & loss; LGBT+; diet & well-being; and counselling for the neurodivergent.
I am a neurodivergent psychotherapist registered with the BACP and accredited as a coach with the International Coaching Federation offering integrative therapy and coaching.  I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, complex family dynamics, bereavement, grief, low self-efficacy, and the impact of being subjected to marginalisation due to gender, sexuality, race, neuronormative assumptions, and disability. With my own lived experience of being neurodivergent I also specialise in neurodivergence affirming therapy for ADHD, autistic and dyslexic clients as well as for any clients that identify as neurodivergent.Â
I like working with a question, an aim, a pattern you’ve noticed or an abstract concept that somehow makes some sense to you yet you don’t understand it yet! Solution-focused, deep diving into the issue is what we’re going to get up to. I’ll use creative exercises, worksheets and good old real-life, in-person connection to help you get to wherever it is you’re going. I’m a humanistic integrative psychotherapist by qualification, but more of a holistic, trauma-informed, neurodivergent coach in practice. I can hold space for you. I can bear witness. I believe change is possible,
Hello, I’m Chris (he/him). I’m a BACP-Registered, Integrative therapist. This means I – or rather we – author a therapeutic journey unique to you. I work collaboratively; we will arrive at goals, focuses and therapeutic approaches together, plus we’ll intermittently review and tweak these as needed. My ultimate aim is to equip you with a bespoke self-therapeutic toolkit to better navigate life’s challenges. I meet with online clients (50 Minute sessions), Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 09:00 & 15:00 UK time and Tuesdays between 12:00 – 20:00 UK time. I draw on a variety of therapeutic theory and technique – from the psychodynamic,
Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.
Hi, I am a psychodynamic counsellor with a background in psychology. I help people with anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma and lgbtqia+ specific issues. Working with me will allow you to understand the impact of the past on your current situation and find creative ways for moving forward. I have experience working with clients with trauma through my experience at Wellbeing Scotland. I have also worked with a diverse range of clients within the LGBTQIA+ community.
