Hi I’m Helen. I am a qualified Person-centred therapist with experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and their families. I am bi-sexual, and although my sexuality was confusing at the time, this was not the reason I, myself, went to therapy. People need someone to talk to for many reasons, and while I am trained and experienced, I will not be able to know everything, but I am working constantly to learn more. My values are inclusive and I am able to adjust my approach based on your needs.

It is important for me that queer and trans people have access to therapist from within their community and is something I am passionate about. I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a private practice in South London. I had some work experience at the Tavistock London, working at the Adults Trauma Unit.
