Hi there, I'm Aimee (she/they). I'm a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist based in south London. My work is all about building collaborative relationships with my clients, walking beside them as they navigate life's questions and obstacles.

I have a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London (2024) and a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills from City Lit (2019). I have experience working with both adults and under-18s in low cost and free counselling services in London.

As a neurodivergent and queer therapist, I have a particular interest in working with people as they navigate neurodivergent and disabled identities, gender identities and sexuality, and generally seek meaning and a sense of self outside of society's norms.

I currently work exclusively online. I offer 50 minute sessions for a fee of £70 per session. Our work can either be time-limited or open-ended. If you are interested in working together, I offer a 30 minute free consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Experience and approach:

I draw from several therapeutic approaches in my work, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and existentialist theory. Most of my work involves talking, but when appropriate, I may draw on more creative or embodied ways of being.

In my practice, I always strive to work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive standpoint, and to be affirming of neurodivergence and all gender identities. I believe that it's vital that counselling acknowledges the social, systemic realities that shape our therapeutic work together.
