About the Therapist
I come to my work interested most in learning about what has happened in your life and how you’ve learned to cope with it, so that we can understand together what you need to move forward and feel at home within yourself. I’ve got lots of approaches and tools that we can draw on to help with that, although above everything else I care a lot about how you relate to and experience yourself and my work with my clients always comes back to this in some way.
Whether we’re looking at the most difficult experiences you’ve had or more day-to-day struggles, I bring a calm and down-to-earth attitude and a focus on making our work as inclusive of every aspect of you as I can.
If you’d like to see more about how I work, click on “Experience + Approaches” at the top of this page, or e-mail me to arrange a free consultation call where we can learn more about each other and decide if I’m the right support for you.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma (graduated with Distinction in 2019) in Counselling and Coaching from University of East London. I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP and you can find me in their register here: https://www.bacp.co.uk/search/Register - registration no. 382272
I completed my training in EMDR therapy in early 2026.
In addition to the above, I’ve developed my knowledge in specific areas of interest, including dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness, parts work and a variety of tools and approaches for working with trauma.

I offer specialised therapy for recovering from traumatic experiences. This integrates different approaches including EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy, which facilitates the reprocessing of distressing memories. I bring this together with structured therapeutic work designed to support you with feeling stable and more regulated, and easing some of the day-to-day challenges that have brought you to therapy.
I also offer more traditional “talking therapy”, where I’m particularly good at working with issues such as your relationships with other people and your relationship with yourself, amongst others. I also offer a space for people who sometimes struggle to connect with their emotions and find they need to think and talk their way into their feelings.
My work is primarily (but not exclusively) with clients who often find themselves outside of the mainstream, including trans, queer, lesbian, gay and bisexual people, neurodivergent clients, people who have multiple relationships, those who practice kink and those who do sex work. I also have significant experience in working with LGBT+ survivors of sexual and domestic abuse and interpersonal violence.

For counselling I charge £90 to £110 a 50 minute session. It is up to you where on that scale is affordable for you based on your income and circumstances and I don't ask you to justify your decision to me.
For trauma therapy with EMDR I charge £120 for a 90 minute session and I offer fortnightly as well as weekly slots for this.
Both of these ways of working can be opened-ended, or fixed-term for an agreed number of sessions. I work entirely online, over Zoom.
