Hello, I’m Lucy, an integrative counsellor with nearly ten years’ experience working in mental health. As an openly lesbian therapist and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ clients. I understand some of the unique challenges people may face around identity, relationships and acceptance. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and be yourself. My integrative approach draws on different therapeutic models, including CBT, allowing me to to offer support to each person individual needs . I have worked with LGBTQ+ charities and communities supporting people through a
I am Emma Macey, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist offering evidence-based psychological therapy. I provide a warm, collaborative space for people exploring identity, relationships, life transitions and emotional wellbeing. I welcome people from LGBTQIA+ and gender, sexual and relationship diverse (GSRD) communities, including those in polyamorous or consensually non-monogamous relationships and kink/BDSM communities. My practice is affirmative, kink-aware and CNM informed. Alongside general psychological therapy, I also offer evidence-based trauma-focused work. I will be completing EMDR training between May and December to further support this aspect of my practice.
From my own experience I have come to believe in our ability to notice what is working and not working in our thinking, and in our lives. It may seem like a small thing, but that noticing or awareness holds all the potential we need for change and growth to happen. But noticing isn’t in itself enough. We need then to find the will or desire and energy to move towards the life we want, and to become who we are. I would like to work with people who are motivated towards living a more authentic life, whatever that means
Hi, I’m Stella, I’m a person centred counsellor working online with adults all over the UK. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking, doubting themselves and feeling like they don’t quite fit. I aim to help you understand yourself better, navigate challenges in your life, and feel confident in who you are.
I am a fully qualified queer therapist, who uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and mindfulness techniques. I aim to create a supportive, warm, and encouraging space where we can explore whatever issues you are dealing with, and find ways to (re)connect to a more positive sense of self and wellbeing. I specialise in working with people experiencing eating disorders (including avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder or ARFID, bulimia, anorexia, binge eating, and difficulties with food or eating that don’t fall under these diagnostic terms); body image difficulties; anxiety, panic and agoraphobia; and provide affirmative therapy for the
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or on edge? I offer a warm, safe space to explore what’s going on for you and find a way forward that works for you. I support adults with trauma, anxiety and more, with online or over the phone sessions
I’ve been a relationship and identity focused psychotherapist for 20+ years, specialising in relationship diversity since 2018 when my own relationship journey changed course. I am a neurodivergent (Dx ADHD) bisexual cis woman who has practised various versions of ENM/CNM. As a BICA accredited fertility counsellor I have worked with LGBTQI+ families since 2014, often at the intersection with neurodivergence and diverse family structures (eg polycules, co-parenting). An additional area of interest is AI – I’m part of a global Mental Health Collective exploring AI in a relational context, both parasocial and where it impacts human relationships (helping or harming)
I am an affirming and compassionate therapist committed to offering a safe, respectful space for LGBTQIA+ clients to explore their experiences without fear of judgement. I recognise that sexuality, gender identity, and relationship diversity exist within broader social and cultural contexts, and I work with awareness of the impact of stigma, minority stress, and discrimination. As a therapist, I value authenticity, self-inquiry, and compassionate presence. I offer a space where you can bring your whole self — including the parts that may feel uncertain, conflicted, or vulnerable. I understand the courage it can take to seek therapy, particularly within communities
I’m a trauma-informed somatic therapist, voice coach, and vocal rehabilitation specialist. My work sits at the intersection of trauma, the nervous system, voice, and communication. I support people to heal trauma, reclaim authentic expression, and restore trust in their voice; both literally and emotionally. I grew up just outside Glasgow in a working-class town as the child of Irish parents. From early on I was fascinated by people and how they communicated, what they said, and what they didn’t. Much of that curiosity came from trying to understand how to fit in, how to stay safe, and how to hide
Hi! I’m Corinna. Clients describe me as compassionate, calm and relatable. I mostly work with queer clients in their 20s and 30s. I work with a range of issues and have a particular interest in self-compassion. I work both online and face-to-face in central Manchester. If you think I’d be a good fit for you, get in touch!
