Hello, I’m Sam. Thanks for taking the time to read my page. People often describe me as approachable, thoughtful and easy to talk to. I value honesty, warmth and curiosity in the therapy room, and I’m here to support you in exploring what matters to you, helping you find clarity, resilience and a greater sense of self.
My name is Jessica and I am an Integrative Counsellor offering face-to-face and online sessions. I can offer a compassionate, warm, and empathetic space to explore your difficulties and what might be underlying these. I believe wholeheartedly in seeing the whole person and all aspects of their identity, practicing in a LGBTQIA+ affirming way. This includes attending to not just psychological processes, but the impact of living in an often difficult and unequal world and how this impacts us and ways of coping. I have a particular interest in working with issues related to body image and self-esteem.
My name is Slate Powell, and I am an integrative counsellor. I offer online counselling for people who want things in their life to be different. My aim is to offer you a warm, gentle, and authentic presence, so you can tell your story and be truly heard. A place where you feel supported to explore your thoughts and feelings. A time that is just for you and your needs and hopes.
I am a UK-based Clinical Psychologist, offering therapy online. I specialise in working with people who have had difficult experiences of religion, whether or not they still have a faith now.
I am a person-centred and existentialist counsellor specialising in working with the LGBTQIA+, poly and kink communities, as well as activists, neurodiverse folks and more. I work with clients on issues around identity, relationships, sexuality, mental health, eco-anxiety and psychedelic integration. I offer person-centred and existential counselling with an integrative, anti-oppressive approach.
I am a genderqueer femme lesbian therapist, specialising in work with adult queer and trans clients. My practice centres people whose lives sit outside the default setting: trans and non-binary folk, polycules, kink practitioners, queer migrants and people of colour, and anyone still discovering how they wish to live and love. Alongside clinical work I have lectured on LGBTQ+ mental health at postgraduate level and run group sessions for LGBTQ+ people of colour to share their stories together. Therapy with me is spacious and practical. Some weeks we focus on day-to-day coping — sleep, boundaries, breath, nervous-system regulation. Other weeks
Welcome, I’m Joy (she/they). I’m a qualified psychotherapist working with individuals and couples online. With particular experience in LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence & the Performing Arts, I offer a compassionate, sincere and confidential space for individuals and couples to work through their experiences. My practice is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, which means I am comfortable working with trauma-based and neurodiverse frameworks. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, attachment, bereavement, dissociation and stress. Mostly, though, I am interested in you, and supporting you with the courageous decision to get to know yourself better.
I have extensive experience of working with LGBTQIA+ people to support them with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues, including issues around non-monogamy. I have an integrative approach and can help you to overcome your problems in a friendly, accepting and non-judgemental environment. I am trans, queer, neurodivergent and non-monogamous. I understand how difficult life can be for queer and neurodivergent people and can support you to make the changes that you would like to see in your life.
Sometimes we might feel that things are just getting too much, or we want to look at something specific which is bothering us. Since the corona crisis we needed to adapt to a new “normal”. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, worn out, depressed and stressed are just some of the many ways we might react to what is happening around us and within us. Looking for help is not a sign of defeat, not now and not ever.
