I am a UPCA accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. Since 2011, I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor, support worker and group worker. As well as my private practice, I currently work for a young person’s charity supporting young queer humans navigate the many complexities inherent in growing up queer in a society that still ‘others’ – alongside the more ordinary complexities of what it means to be human.

Hello I’m Alex, a qualified person-centred therapeutic counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a great deal of therapeutic experience working with LGBTQ+ clients including with relationships, anxiety, addiction, identity, family issues and dynamics, gender. Every client is unique and I will be keen to understand your own experiences and background.   I bring my experience in counselling and mental health from the sports, charity and corporate sectors. Whatever you wish to bring to therapy, I can work with you to develop the tools you need to live a happy and fulfilling life. I work both

My name is Amy (she/her), a Level 5 trained integrative psychotherapist, and a member of the BACP, offering online counselling throughout the UK. I have been living out as a trans woman for 10+ years and have been working with clients for over 2.5 years. I specialise in working with transgender, complex trauma, and LGBTQ+ clients. My aim is to offer a professional and effective therapeutic service for trans and LGBTQ+ clients, without the need to explain, educate, or justify themselves, and without judgement, whether we are discussing gender and sexuality, or anything else.

Hi, I am Victoria (she/her). I am a queer, neurodivergent, Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist. I offer IFS therapy to clients online, across the UK and internationally. My approach is queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming. IFS works wonderfully for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. IFS helps us connect with, and support the parts of ourselves that have struggled to exist in a world that is shaped by injustice and oppression. I am committed to providing therapy which is inclusive, non-pathologising and trauma-informed. This is a space for anyone who has felt misunderstood in mainstream therapy, seeking a validating environment and has

Hi, I’m Zen (he/they) and I’m a queer-affirming and neurodivergent integrative psychotherapist here to support you through all avenues. In a world that’s trying to erase our identities, I am here to remind you that you’re not alone, and that we can build a safe space together that validates your identity.

Starting therapy can evoke many different feelings and sometimes takes a lot of courage. I wanted to start by acknowledging that, and commend you on being here. If you feel like my approach may resonate with you, feel free to get in touch for an initial consultation.  I have always been fascinated by the human capacity to grow, change and heal. As a therapist I see my role as facilitating a unique space for you to make sense of your life. During sessions you can explore whatever comes up, and we will work together to understand your inner world better.

I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist offering online therapy to adults across the UK. My practice is fully LGBTQ+ affirmative, and I welcome clients exploring questions of gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship diversity and belonging. I have worked providing psychotherapy within the NHS and also as a listening volunteer with Switchboard, the LGBTQ+ helpline, and bring this experience to my work with queer, trans, and non-binary clients. Drawing on psychoanalytic thinking, I help clients explore how past experiences shape their present lives, relationships, and sense of self. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space where all of who you are can

Hi, I am Krissy. Bisexual, non‑binary, queer and neurodivergent therapist. I offer a space where you don’t have to translate yourself or minimise your experience. Clients often describe feeling relief working with me, someone who understands identity, shame, trauma and survival from lived experience. I have lived experience of contemplating transition, top surgery and hormone replacements. I have lived experience as a woman first and then as non-binary and what that means for me. I have worked with trans, non-binary, intersex and bisexual clients; as well as those questioning, transitioning and offer sex positive and gender affirming therapeutic space.

I’d like to help you understand and push back against the unhelpful and damaging messages you might have received, and build a new way of caring for and valuing who you are and what you needed all along Many people I work with are highly empathetic and curious about how to do things the “right” way. They may be on a pathway to discovering that things felt more difficult earlier in life because they are neurodivergent and/or queer, and are now working towards self understanding through these lenses.
