Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.

 Hi, I’m Cj (they/them).  Empathy, unconditional acceptance and authenticity are at the heart of my work. My therapeutic style is collaborative; adapted to the needs and experiences of LGBTQIIA+ /gender, sexuality, and relationship diverse communities; and neuro-divergent affirmative and trauma informed. My work draws primarily on person-centred, relational and compassion focused therapy approaches. It is founded on core values of inclusion, empowerment and anti-oppression.  I am a graduate of the Pink Therapy GSRD Diploma. I identify as trans, non-binary, neurodivergent, white and able-bodied. I am a counsellor working online. I also provide counselling from rooms in Holborn/Chancery Lane and Hackney. The largest part of my work is with Queer / LGBTQ+ clients, and I have previously worked with two LGBTQ+ organisations (Switchboard and East London Out Project). I have had additional specialist training from Gendered Intelligence and Pink Therapy. My core training is in humanistic counselling so I am trained in a range of approaches, but primarily practice using gestalt therapy. I am committed to a trans-affirming, queer-affirming, anti-racist approach.

A big part of my current work is helping gender questioning people and people with high sensitivity and/or ADHD, OCD, CPTSD and find clearer, more uplifting and more nourishing paths
