Welcome, to my profile, and thank you for considering me as your therapist. I’m Darren an Integrative therapist  offering online appointments in London or anywhere else in the UK.  I can work with a range of issues, that may be bringing you to therapy. A core tenant to my approach is to offer you  a grounded, compassionate and relational space for reflection and growth. Hi, I’m Zen (he/they) and I’m a queer-affirming and neurodivergent integrative psychotherapist here to support you through all avenues. In a world that’s trying to erase our identities, I am here to remind you that you’re not alone, and that we can build a safe space together that validates your identity.
Starting therapy can evoke many different feelings and sometimes takes a lot of courage. I wanted to start by acknowledging that, and commend you on being here. If you feel like my approach may resonate with you, feel free to get in touch for an initial consultation. I have always been fascinated by the human capacity to grow, change and heal. As a therapist I see my role as facilitating a unique space for you to make sense of your life. During sessions you can explore whatever comes up, and we will work together to understand your inner world better.Â

Now I am an experienced counsellor but underneath my training
