Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a qualified Integrative Art Psychotherapist (UKCP, HCPC, BAAT), currently offering sessions in-person and online. I provide a safe and creative space for mental health support, self-exploration and growth. I have experience helping with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, neurodiversity, stress, life changes, grief, and experiences of unstable mood. Being LGBTQ+ can bring additional challenges. As a LGBTQ+ therapist I have supported many LGBTQ+ clients with experiences of homo/bi/transphobia, discrimination, identity, sexuality, gender and low self esteem. Art Psychotherapy uses a mixture of talking and art-making in sessions.
