Hi there! My name is Cheryl (she/her), I’m a neurodivergent, queer, and feminist person-centred counsellor. I have been ethically and consensually non-monogamous in my relationships for almost 20 years and am part of my local polyam and kink communities. Before counselling, I worked for almost a decade in a Rape Crisis Centre in various roles, offering trauma-informed, person-centred and empowering emotional and practical support to survivors of sexual and domestic violence, which has heavily informed my practice as a counsellor.
Hello and welcome! My name is Sam. I’m a registered Mental Health Nurse and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I provide online therapy sessions working with adults over the age of 16 who might be struggling with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety and low mood.Â

She understands the experience of carrying pain without a clear understanding of its origins and the effort required to unravel and rebuild from it. Today, Lianne considers herself content

I provide a confidential, ethical and identity-affirming therapy service for adults and young people, and transparent clinical supervision service for trainee and qualified counsellors, therapists and psychologists. As a therapist, I help people who want to understand themselves better, people who want to process traumatic experiences, navigate difficult feelings, experiences and identity crises, build healthier self-esteem, and to feel more themselves again – whatever that may mean for each person. Hi, I’m Karen & I work with individuals, couples, and multi-partner relationships across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, offering a warm, supportive space to explore who you are & how you connect with others. If you are coming out later in life, feeling uncertain in your relationships, or wrestling with parts of yourself you have had to keep hidden, you are not alone. I’m here to help you make sense of it all, whether that is exploring your gender or sexuality, building trust in a relationship, or healing from past experiences that still carry weight.
I’m Ian, a Person-Centred Counsellor and proud member of BACP and NCPS. After forty years travelling the world as cabin crew, I’ve witnessed the courage it takes to live openly and love authentically. I offer a calm, accepting space for anyone wanting to explore identity, connection, and belonging. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and gentle challenge, enabling you to discover clarity, confidence, and the freedom to live truthfully.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you… It’s about giving yourself the space to understand yourself and reconnect with what’s important. Our sense of self can shift, and sometimes we lose touch with parts of ourselves that have been overlooked or silenced. In therapy, we can explore those parts, reconnect with what matters to you, and find ways to live more authentically—even as that authenticity changes over time.
I offer a holistic, existential therapy informed by the enduringly radical concepts of congruence, empathic understanding and non-judgemental acceptance. Staying present in a traumatising world of constant distractions is a universal challenge for us all. My way of working with dis-ease recognises the complexities that exist within, between and around us and how we experience ourselves over time. I am interested in the intersections of existence, how privilege and othering shift in different contexts to either empower or constrain us and how we make sense of that and also deepen our awareness of our impact on others.
