Queer affirming integrative psychotherapy supporting young people of colour with overwhelm, anxiety, and finding a home within. I’m a South Asian integrative psychotherapist, working alongside you to make sense of the messy parts inside, that might be hard to get in touch with, understand, or even acknowledge and bear, based in attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, and creative and body-based/somatic interventions. It can feel overwhelming to want to change, but there is something in you (no matter how small that part) that perhaps believes it could be better. That there is more to living than this.
