I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), with ten years of experience. I offer short or long-term one-to-one counselling sessions either online or in person in Crystal Palace, London.

I work with individuals, couples and other pairings, exploring relationships. Whether it’s with a partner, family, friendships, work, or the relationship with yourself. Exploring how we see and experience ourselves in the world and how what we’ve been taught to believe our role is in it and affects us.  When we sit outside of those roles, how that influences our sense of self and worth, how we show up for ourselves and each other and how to unpick what is expectation and what is our authentic self.
