Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.
Awaken the dragon within! Integrative online therapist and empowered gay man, I offer high-quality support to individuals on their journey of self-discovery, growth, and acceptance. Passionate LGBTQ+ advocate, I provide a safe and nurturing space to explore challenges and foster resilience for queer people across the rainbow. Utilizing evidence-based therapies like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy, I work holistically with every client based on their diverse needs. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship and family issues, and men’s issues, I cultivate a compassionate and collaborative atmosphere where every client feels empowered and valued on their path to
Hello there. I’m a sex positive, gay, cisgendered psychotherapist (CBT) and clinical hypnotherapist with nearly 20 years experience of helping LGBTQIA+  people deal with their issues, overcome their obstacles, and lead happier and more fulfilling lives. I am the author of  The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up (and how to fix them) – available now from Penguin Random House – and regularly write and deliver webinars and live presentations on all aspects of mental health and wellbeing.
I see therapy as an opportunity to explore, to challenge, and to develop new ways of being and relating. I engage with my clients in a real, authentic way, and invite them to do the same with me. I’m an experienced UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with over 14 years experience working in a range of mental health services. I’ve supported many people in leading richer and more rewarding lives. I work in a way that is open, honest, supportive and allows for lightness and challenge. I currently have online spaces available, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday daytimes. I am currently offering online and telephone therapy. I am a cisgender gay man. As a gay man, I have had lived experiences of feeling loved and accepted for who I am, and the opposite: feeling isolated, alienated, alone and not accepted. I am a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor. In my work with LGBTQ+ clients, I have worked with clients struggling with their mental health, their relationship with their partner, the boundaries of their open relationship, their use of chems / chemsex,
Hi I’m David. I work with diverse clients with diverse reasons for seeking therapy. Working one to one with adults, I provide a warm and inclusive, confidential space that is sensitive to you and your needs. We all possess the capacity to self-heal, but sometimes these resources within us become blocked. In a safe and supportive relationship we can start to become aware of what might be restricting us, start to remove these barriers, and allow our own resources and strengths to emerge.
