Welcome. I’m Em (She/Her) a qualified integrative counsellor and registered BACP and Creative Counsellors member, providing short and long term individual therapy in York. I work to help people discover and accept who they are, what they want, to find their voice and make the changes they need to live a more fulfilling life. I provide inclusive, diversity-aware counselling, working respectfully and collaboratively across cultures and differences.
Hello, I’m Richard (he/him), a cis gay therapist based online and in Chancery Lane (London).  I can help with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, and sexuality. More of the issues I work with are listed below. I have a two-pronged approach: working to alleviate your distress in the ‘now’, and looking to the past to explore its origins. I find that’s more effective for longer-term change. To celebrate Pride month, I’m offering a reduced rate for the first five sessions: £50 online and £60 in-person. Please mention this when messaging.
I will compassionately collaborate with you to explore and uncover subconscious actions, thoughts, and behaviors. My expertise includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, abuse, stress, sexuality, grief, relationships, and attachment issues. Additionally, I have a certification and training in gender, sexuality, relationships, and diversity (GSRD). Â
I’m a BACP registered therapist working face to face (Westcliff/Southend/Essex) or online. I offer gender affirming therapy and am an LGBTQIA+ ally. Awareness of neurodiversity is increasing and whether diagnosed, or undiagnosed, many people now are now linking their thoughts and behaviours to autism (ASD), ADHD, ADD, ODD and OCD.I also work with clients dealing with grief and anxiety, specialising in birth trauma, miscarriage, stillbirth and babyloss. I take time to hear your experiences and

I’m an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist who works with clients to create a safe, non-judgemental space to explore, understand, and move forward at their own pace. I have lived experience of questioning sexuality and same-sex attraction, and strive to provide a place for others to discuss their own experiences without fear of being judged or dismissed. We all struggle at some point in life, so whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, confused, stuck in a destructive pattern, troubled by events in the past, or unsure about your direction in life, starting therapy can be a powerful first step towards a better future.
