I’m no longer taking on therapy clients, I am focussing instead on offering specialist supervision and consultation to therapists of all gender and sexualities and theoretical models.
I am passionate about providing a space of holding for LGBTQIA+ clients from which a deeper self-knowledge and healing can be realised. I work at depth with clients who are ready to take the courageous step to become more intimate with themselves, whether in crisis or in need of the company of another mind and heart to be alongside you as you learn how to live in greater alignment with yourself and your values. I am sensitive to the toll on queer, neurodivergent, trans and POC bodyminds.
Thank you for checking out my page. Thinking about starting therapy can be daunting, so hopefully we can make this first step less mysterious or confusing and enable you to decide if choosing me as your therapist is the right option. I have current in-person availability in St Leonards-on-Sea and online throughout the UK.
I offer a holistic, existential therapy informed by the enduringly radical concepts of congruence, empathic understanding and non-judgemental acceptance. Staying present in a traumatising world of constant distractions is a universal challenge for us all. My way of working with dis-ease recognises the complexities that exist within, between and around us and how we experience ourselves over time. I am interested in the intersections of existence, how privilege and othering shift in different contexts to either empower or constrain us and how we make sense of that and also deepen our awareness of our impact on others.
Lisa trained as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with CICS in the UK. She is a GSRD Therapist. Lisa integrates her expertise as a Yoga Therapist, Educator, and EMDR Therapist to support individuals, couples, and polycules in achieving greater emotional, mental, physical, and sexual well-being. She is pluralistic in her approach using a bio-psycho-social framework, while working somatically to help people feel safe in their bodies, gain a deeper understanding of their sexuality, explore how it fits within their relationships, and access pleasure. Lisa is Australian, sex-positive, and queer. https://www.thinkingfeelingmoving.com
I’m an integratively trained, queer psychotherapeutic counsellor who offers both short- and long-term online therapy for adults across the UK and internationally. I work with a range of clients and have particular clinical and academic experience supporting trans and gender-diverse people. I often work with thoughtful, psychologically curious people who appear highly functioning outwardly but experience a rich and sometimes overwhelming inner world. Early relationships, minority stress, and other difficult experiences may impact this.
Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) I am therapeutically trained in humanistic approaches with an emphasis on existential philosophy and how we experience emotions through the body. Though I work with a broad range of clients, my expertise lies within neurodiversity and I have worked within charities and organisations supporting people with varied and complex needs for over 7 years. Currently, I volunteer as a counsellor for an LGBTQ+ mental health charity. I’m passionate about providing access to therapy for marginalised groups and my community. I also draw from my background as a musician to collaborate with creatives, supporting you to overcome obstacles
I am an integrative psychotherapist, group facilitator and Film & TV welfare consultant based in St Leonards and London, offering therapy online and in person. I am a member of the BACP and accredited with UKCP. I provide LGBTQ+ affirmative talking therapy, supporting queer, trans and neurodivergent clients with grief, bereavement, identity, trauma, burnout and life transitions. I work relationally and collaboratively, drawing on integrative, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I offer a space where your full identity is welcomed and therapy moves at your pace.
I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor working in mental health since 2009. As a member of the community, I welcome LGBTQ+ individuals and provide a safe and affirming space for issues related to gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity to explore your thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges related to gender, sexuality, relationships, and mental health, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, tailored to help you find clarity, confidence, and tools to manage life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through life changes, exploring your identity, or simply need someone to
I’ve been a relationship and identity focused psychotherapist for 20+ years, specialising in relationship diversity since 2018 when my own relationship journey changed course. I am a neurodivergent (Dx ADHD) bisexual cis woman who has practised various versions of ENM/CNM. As a BICA accredited fertility counsellor I have worked with LGBTQI+ families since 2014, often at the intersection with neurodivergence and diverse family structures (eg polycules, co-parenting). An additional area of interest is AI – I’m part of a global Mental Health Collective exploring AI in a relational context, both parasocial and where it impacts human relationships (helping or harming)
