My approach is holistic, which means I will be curious about your whole life; from your inner world, to the people that surround you and the structures you exist in.  Whether you know what it is that is causing you distress, or you feel lost and anxious and you don’t know why, I believe you have the answers within you and it is my role is to support you to find your way back to your inner wisdom, self belief and joy.
