Hello I’m Charles (he/him) a Registered Counsellor and Therapist based in Manchester, working mainly online.  I draw on Transactional Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy. I can work with you to explore who you are, develop more compassion and acceptance towards yourself and make changes in your life that open new possibilities. I aim to create with you a confidential, respectful and sensitive space, that is LGBTQ+ affirmative, and where we may work to make sense of how your experiences in the present may be influenced by the past and how you might create something different going forward.

I’m Paul (he/him), a gay counsellor and psychotherapist offering online sessions for LGBTQ+ people and allies, with expertise in working with the issues that being ‘different’ can bring, such as anxiety, depression, shame, family and relationship problems and self-esteem.
