It is collaborative, neuro-divergent affirmative and trauma informed.  I hold advanced  accreditation through Pink Therapy, reflecting the depth of my understanding and experience working with this client group. The personal qualities of empathy, unconditional acceptance and authenticity are at the heart of my work, and the values of empowerment and anti-oppression are its ethical foundation.   I identify as trans; non-binary; neurodivergent; white; able-bodied.

Hello, I’m Jon. I am a gay / queer cis-man and trans ally with many years’ experience of working as a therapist and counsellor with LGBTQ+ clients at London Friend and LGBT Switchboard Scotland. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapist (CBT / REBT) and offer a structured, action oriented and compassionate approach to emotional and life problems, personal development and growth.
