I am a queer therapist, specialising in working with people within the LGBTQ+ community. Therapy can be a great way to give yourself the time and space, to process and work through your experiences and emotions. It can also be a place to develop coping strategies and make the changes you want to make.I believe in working with people as individuals, in a way that works for them. I will work alongside you, to help you explore and navigate your issues, experiences, current situations and the things that you may be struggling with.​​ ​​

Hi, I’m May. I’ve been working as a counsellor in private practice since 2016. I offer warm, confidential and non-judgemental online counselling. A place to talk through what’s important to you and explore what you might want to change. I’m a BACP-accredited person-centred counsellor, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BSc in Psychology. I’m also qualified in EMDR, a therapy that supports people to process trauma or difficult past experiences.
