Hi, I’m Emma (she/they). I offer therapy that’s warm, inclusive, and grounded in compassion and collaboration. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, and that’s okay. I work especially with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folk, creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s been going on for you. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in Transactional Analysis, which helps us make sense of patterns from the past that might still be shaping things now. You don’t need to have it all figured out, we can start from wherever you are.
