Hello, I’m Lydia, an art therapist based in South Manchester. I am a practising artist so love nothing more than drawing and painting.

Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, with a background in Yoga and Meditation. Helping you, help yourself through mindful movement and talking.

You may be feeling anxious or low, having a difficult time in your relationships or finding it hard to feel comfortable in yourself. Perhaps you’re tired of worrying what other people think or trying to fit in. Being LGBTQ+ may be part of what you want to talk about, or you may simply want a therapist who understands that part of you. I offer online LGBTQ+ counselling for adults across the UK from my practice in Manchester. My approach is person-centred, so the focus is on you and what matters to you. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions and help you
