I am an integrative individual and relationship psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) offering counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, intimacy issues, life transitions, and relational trauma. Many clients come to me after having tried counselling before and finding that insight or self-awareness alone did not lead to lasting change. You may understand why you feel anxious, stuck, or triggered, yet still find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns or reacting in ways you wish you could control. You might also feel lost, confused, unmotivated, or lacking clarity and direction – unsure of your next step.

Hi, I’m Sara, a counsellor based in Leeds. I am experienced in working with clients who have experienced discrimination, sexual violence or harassment of any kind. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients.    My practice is queer and trans welcoming and affirming.   I have worked as a therapist in a number of organisations, including Universities, Bereavement Services, Sexual violence and mental health organisations. I have worked with a range of presentations, which include, but are not limited to; anxiety, OCD, depression, gender, sexuality, discrimination, bereavement, divorce, health conditions and relationship difficulties.

Lisa trained as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with CICS in the UK. She is a GSRD Therapist. Lisa integrates her expertise as a Yoga Therapist, Educator, and EMDR Therapist to support individuals, couples, and polycules in achieving greater emotional, mental, physical, and sexual well-being. She is pluralistic in her approach using a bio-psycho-social framework, while working somatically to help people feel safe in their bodies, gain a deeper understanding of their sexuality, explore how it fits within their relationships, and access pleasure. Hi!  I’m David and I’m an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and  I work with therapeutically with children, young people and adults. Hi, I’m Dan. I’m a registered and NHS contracted Creative Psychotherapist who works extensively with talking therapy. I started my practice in the year 2000 and have over 25 years experience working with individuals, pairs and groups. Some of the issues I help people with are Identity Issues, Sexuality, Loneliness, Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Addiction, Breavement and Couple’s Issues. I have been running therapy groups for gay and bi-sexual men, who are ‘out’ as well as men who are ‘not out’, for many years; and also founded the Gay and Bi-Sexual Men’s Wellness and Support Group in Covent Garden (since 2018). 

I am a trainee psychotherapist providing one-to-one weekly therapy for adults, on either a short-term or ongoing basis. I have experience working with a range of psychological and emotional issues including anxiety, depression, loss, and relationship issues, and in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients.
