As I am trans myself, I enjoy working with trans and gender non-conforming young people, whether that’s focused on exploring identity, or other issues. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent young people, and this work often focuses on acceptance of traits, support needs and accommodations, and self-esteem.

My name is Sabrina (she/her) and I offer counselling from my therapy room in Teignmouth (South Devon) and online, via Zoom. I offer short and long-term counselling. I’m an integrative counsellor and my priority with all of my clients is to build a relationship with you, where you feel safe, comfortable and heard. My name is Alison and I am a TA Therapist based in the Eden Valley in Cumbria. I trained at the Northern Guild and have established a busy private practice ever since. I love TA and the way in which we are able to understand the why’s and how’s that we think, feel and behave as we do. Then subsequently working on changing our patterns of behaviour to live as authentically as possible. Stephen Hanscomb. As a gay man, my passion for working within the LGBTQ+ community started whilst working with vulnerable, young, homeless LGBTQ+ people at AKT (Albert Kennedy Trust, akt.org.uk). Common issues I encountered included; trauma, anxiety, isolation, sexuality, sexual exploitation, childhood sexual abuse, HIV, depression and addiction and relationships.
