I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in Manchester and online. My work is shaped by an interest in how people experience identity, relationships and embodiment, particularly where these feel complex, conflicted or difficult to articulate. I hold a PhD in clinical communication and psychosexual health, and I am especially attentive to experiences that sit at the edges of what feels sayable — around bodies, sexuality, illness, shame, desire and belonging. I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where people can speak freely and explore experiences that may have felt hard to hold alone.

In the past, I’ve worked as a volunteer therapist for LGBTQ+ charities such as, London Friend and The Terrence Higgins Trust for 3 years.
