For me, the personal is political and it has a place in the therapy space. Hi, I’m El (They/them). I’m a queer, poly, mixed-race and neurodivergent trainee psychotherapist.  

I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.  My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a body neutral approach.
