I’m Vivienne, a Bristol based therapist who also works online. I have a friendly, gentle and conscientious approach. I understand that it can be difficult to speak about very personal thoughts and feelings and I create a space that feels safe to do this. To me, it’s important to have this kind of safety to help us work through what might be going on for you.    As a queer woman with a mixed heritage background, I work in a way that looks at how the different identities you might hold can impact you.

Hi, I’m El (They/them). I’m a queer, poly, mixed-race and neurodivergent trainee psychotherapist.  

I’m Jess and I’m a fully qualified and experienced therapist. I specialise in therapy that creates deep and lasting change, delivered in a caring environment. My work is trauma informed and I have helped people overcome anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I work with people who are new to therapy, as well as being able to help people who have struggled to get what they need in previous therapies. 

I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.  My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a body neutral approach.

There are lots of reasons why someone might consider therapy; it could be due to anxiety, depression, the breakdown of a relationship, bereavement, or a nagging feeling that something does not feel quite right. I am here to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can feel supported in your journey of self-exploration, allowing you to process your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, hopes, and fears. I believe that through therapy we can gain insight and understand ourselves better, which can be life changing. I offer affordable, low-cost therapy, and each 50-minute session is £40.00.
