I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.  My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a body neutral approach.

I work with a wide range of people but I specialise in working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ and GSRD community, those who are neurodivergent (or think they might be) as well as Millennials and Gen Z-ers.

Coming to therapy can be a daunting enough experience, without having parts of our identity stigmatized, infantilized, and misunderstood.
