I am a qualified counsellor based in central Bristol.   I run my private practice from my home in Clifton – I primarily work face-to-face, although I do have some online clients.            

I currently have lower cost space open for video sessions Thursday day time (£50). I have been working as an accredited therapist for nearly 2 decades and have extensive training and experience with couples, poly (enm) relationships, families, individuals, utilising integrative, psychodynamic psychotherapy / counselling. Initially undertaking training at the Tavistock centre for couple relationships, in Swiss Cottage, London, I also worked, over some years, for a progressive gender clinic within an NHS setting whilst in private practice. Coming to therapy can be a daunting enough experience, without having parts of our identity stigmatized, infantilized, and misunderstood. I aim to create an understanding and warm environment where you can show all the parts of yourself free from judgement or having to explain basic terminology. I bring compassion and humour to the therapy space, and hope to build a collaborative and nourishing relationship with you, centering your unique experiences and perspective on the world.
