I am a neurodivergent psychotherapist registered with the BACP and accredited as a coach with the International Coaching Federation offering integrative therapy and coaching.  I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, complex family dynamics, bereavement, grief, low self-efficacy, and the impact of being subjected to marginalisation due to gender, sexuality, race, neuronormative assumptions, and disability. With my own lived experience of being neurodivergent I also specialise in neurodivergence affirming therapy for ADHD, autistic and dyslexic clients as well as for any clients that identify as neurodivergent.
