My journey to psychotherapy began through my own experiences navigating notions of Otherness: a bicultural identity, indigeneity, queerness and neurodiversity. I continuously research these subjects, attend conferences, and regularly volunteer at music festivals providing welfare for those experiencing psychedelic and/or psychospiritual emergencies. This personal understanding of feeling between worlds – and the work required to move between them sustainably – informs my approach to supporting others in similar struggles.
