I provide a supportive space where you can address challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and external influences that may be limiting your sense of fulfilment. I understand that life can be tough, especially when past experiences and family dynamics continue to impact the present. Sometimes, these factors alone may not fully explain what you’re going through. My approach goes beyond individual symptoms by considering external stressors and internalised forms of oppression. With a background in sexual health and HIV research, I also bring experience in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges specific to these areas.

I see clients face-to-face in my room in Shoreditch, for weekly sessions. I’ve worked with all genders and offer a space where you can talk about whatever you like. My role is to help you understand yourself, so that you might one day be able to live more spontaneously, unshackled by what has come before, and unafraid of what is around the corner. 

I practise near King’s Cross and online depending on what suits you best. As a fully qualified counsellor, I will offer you understanding, empathy, and compassion (and sometimes honest, gentle challenge) as we work together. If you are looking for a LGTBQ+ counsellor, I am a cis gay man.
