I see clients face-to-face in my room in Shoreditch, for weekly sessions. I’ve worked with all genders and offer a space where you can talk about whatever you like. My role is to help you understand yourself, so that you might one day be able to live more spontaneously, unshackled by what has come before, and unafraid of what is around the corner. 

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to become more self-aware and develop in your own unique way.  As you’ll have your own unique reasons for therapy, I encourage you to have an initial assessment session to find out whether I’m the right therapist for you, and for me to find out more about your needs. I offer an initial, free 15-minute consultation via phone. I offer eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as well as counselling. EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy originally developed to address PTSD, but is now used for an increasingly broad range of difficulties

I practise near King’s Cross and online depending on what suits you best. As a fully qualified counsellor, I will offer you understanding, empathy, and compassion (and sometimes honest, gentle challenge) as we work together. If you are looking for a LGTBQ+ counsellor, I am a cis gay man.
