I am an experienced, UKCP accredited, psychospiritual psychotherapist with over 15 years in the business. As a non-binary queer therapist I am interested in transformation, opening our hearts to love and the reclamation of joy in our lives. Working creatively and playfully is important. Collaboration, safety and relationship is key. We need to work through our trauma in order to connect with our essential selves. We need to work somatically and with the body as we hold on to so much of our wounding in our bodies and it is also in our bodies that we can experience joy.
