I offer counselling and psychotherapy in online sessions, with availability from 8:30 am t0 9:30 pm, on weekdays. I’m atypical as a person and I am BDSM and Kink knowledgeable and affirming. Diverse relationship arrangements and lifestyle choices are understood as natural human ways of living.  I specialise in providing effective therapy and coaching for neurodivergent adults, and I train other therapists to do this, too.

My name is Matthew, I am a qualified integrative therapist working in-person in Hampstead, and online across the UK. My professional journey began in 2009 through completion of a certificate course in counselling skills and I have since graduated from a BSc (Hons) in Counselling, a degree accredited by the BACP where I am also a registered member.  My dissertation project was about the psychotherapeutic experiences of men engaged in chemsex, an area of particular interest to me.  I also have interest in the relationship between sexuality and religion, an area I hold developmental training for.

I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and take an active political stance against prejudice and discrimination in my therapeutic approach. Hi, my name is Jamie.  I am a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist working with individuals, families and couples as part of my private practice. I qualified as a systemic psychotherapist 10 years ago and since then, I have undertaken further training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (with couples, families and individuals), Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I currently offer either online or in-person sessions. I offer face to face sessions in Euston WC1X on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I am a EMDR UK Accredited EMDR therapist with extensive experience of helping lesbian and gay clients process trauma. I am also a BACP Registered counsellor. I work in Central London (Kings Cross) and St Albans, in-person. I also work online. Many of my LGBTQ+ clients have specific traumas relating to their sexuality and how others have treated them. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.
