I’m a gay man living and working in London. Alongside my general therapy practice, I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients and with issues related to shame, identity and self-acceptance. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear to function well on the outside but privately struggle with shame, self-criticism, or the long shadow of having felt different or not fully accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative and thoughtful. I try to create a space where difficult experiences can be explored honestly without judgment.
