Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.

I am an integrative practitioner, drawing from the strengths and techniques of different therapies to suit your specific needs. My long career in mental health and neurodiversity services informs a practice grounded in empathy, non-judgment, and collaboration. Together we will make sense of your experiences, deepen your self-connection, and begin practical movement towards your desired future. I work across a broad range of experiences and hold particular expertise with anxiety/burnout, low mood, processing shame, exploring relationships (including abuse) and rebuilding from adversity. As a neurodivergent mixed-race counsellor from a working-class background, I also welcome clients seeking to explore their own intersectionality.

I am BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (PgDip), Accredited Specialist Sexual Violence Therapist, and Certified Relationship Therapist (COSRT Level 5), working online, via Zoom, with individuals and couples throughout the UK. My name is Sam (he/him) and I am a HCPC registered, senior clinical psychologist working in Islington, North London. I have worked across a wide range of settings including private-practice, university, and public-health.I am trained in several evidenced-based interventions, including CBT, ACT, and DBT. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community providing specialised psychotherapy, assessments, education, and supervision. I take an affirmative and intersectional approach that weaves in different therapy strategies to help my clients meet their goals.
