Hi there,  I’m Geoff (he/him). I work with adults in one-to-one weekly psychotherapy, either in-person or online. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach to therapy has been informed by both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, alongside attention to what our bodies might hold and can tell us.
