My approach includes exploring attachment styles to better understand relational patterns. I also have an interest in psychosexual issues, drawing where relevant on my background in HIV research and prevention. Through a combination of insight and emotional support, I can help you identify stuck points and navigate difficult emotions. As you deepen your understanding of your inner world, I will support you in cultivating self-compassion and moving toward healing.

I am an associate at Dynamic Change Consultants, a foremost London psychology practice, where I see clients privately. I also work at a large and renowned NHS Trust as a lead clinical psychologist in corporate wellbeing services. I specialise in staff wellbeing, organisational strategy and racial equity.
