Hi, I’m Imogen. I’m a fully qualified Integrative Therapist offering a steady, compassionate presence for LGBTQAI+ clients, both online and in Queen’s Park, NW6.  Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough. Experiences are often held in the body, so in sessions we might also explore nervous system regulating approaches tailored to you. This is part of my approach to working with trauma: building your ability to feel calm and OK through the deep (and sometimes difficult) transformative work of therapy. I am a psychotherapist based in Tottenham, London with more than 10 years’ experience of working with people facing issues such as depression, anxiety and stress management, grief, trauma, relationship problems, low self-esteem, self-injury, sexual difficulties, living with neurodiversity and work-related concerns. Many of the people who come to see me are struggling with the consequences of painful childhood experiences. I have worked extensively with members of the LGBTQI+ community. I provide a confidential space for both individuals and couples to address their suffering. I see people in person or online.
