I am a qualified BACP psychotherapist/Counsellor and an almost qualified Counselling Psychologist as well as an LGBTQIA+ community member. I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental therapeutic space and I work integratively from a trauma informed perspective drawing on different therapeutic modalities depending on your needs, goals and preferences (including person-centred, CBT, CFT, Narrative and also utilise some elements of DBT and SFT). My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirmative and I have lived, worked and been educated in four different countries so I am used to and value different communication and interactional styles.
