I’m a psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with a good sense of how past experiences impact on us. My approach is warm, direct, and relational.

I’m a queer therapist working with LGBTQ+ people and creatives, and often people who are both. I came to therapy partly through my own experience of navigating identity, and I bring that alongside 20 years as a working musician and artist. When you talk about your queer life or your creative work, I’m not translating. I’m with you. Sessions are calm, insightful and honest. I’ll listen carefully and push back when it seems useful. gently, but genuinely. I work in person at London Bridge and Golders Green, and online.

I am an integrative-relational psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, counselling lecturer and trainer, offering affirming counselling, psychotherapy and supervision. I work particularly with LGBTQI+ clients exploring identity, relationships, shame, trauma, belonging, culture, family dynamics, neurodivergence and experiences of being othered. My approach is warm, relational and process-led, helping clients feel understood while gently making sense of emotional patterns, attachment wounds and relational experiences. My doctoral research focuses on psychotherapists’ microskills and moment-to-moment therapeutic events, informed by object relations and attachment, which also shapes my reflective supervision practice.

I am a registered psychotherapist currently working online at The School of Life as well as seeing private practice clients both online and in person. In the past, I’ve worked as a volunteer therapist for LGBTQ+ charities such as, London Friend and The Terrence Higgins Trust for 3 years. I am experienced in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, shame, gender dysphoria, homophobia, complex family dynamics, bereavement, grief, addiction, self-loathing and feeling marginalised due to race, gender or sexuality.

I am a trainee psychotherapist providing one-to-one weekly therapy for adults, on either a short-term or ongoing basis. I have experience working with a range of psychological and emotional issues including anxiety, depression, loss, and relationship issues, and in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients.

I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.

UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist in Islington, Borough and online. I work with clients of all genders and sexualities, and my practice is kink- and poly/ethical non-monogamy friendly. I have substantial experience of working with neurodivergent clients, especially ADHD and/or autistic adults. 

I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.
