I am a Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, whose practice is guided by the belief that healing happens not in isolation, but in relationship- to ourselves, each other, and to the wider social field we are part of. My Gestalt approach offers a holistic, creative and embodied (meaning ‘felt and lived’ through the body) way to make sense of your challenges and difficulties. I am interested in helping people explore how they can find their own way to live more fully and meaningfully– with a greater sense of choice, self-acceptance and connection.

I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adults. I work in person from Kennington/Camberwell and Waterloo, London, as well as online. At the centre of my practice is an awareness of social power and how it makes us suffer. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and have low-cost places available.
