I’m Rachel, a sex and relationship therapist based in London. I am queer, kinky, and non-monogamous and my pronouns are she/they. I specialise in working with other people who, like myself, identify as gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD) – basically anyone who sits outside of the ‘norm’ that society dictates. Whether you are kinky, polyamorous, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or otherwise feel as though you don’t quite fit in, I’m here to help you. My therapeutic style is very collaborative – I strongly believe that you know yourself far better than I ever could – and so

My approach is collaborative. I work relationally with clients towards creating long lasting changes and provide a space for the client to explore personal and relational concerns in a secure and non-judgemental environment.  Together, we will investigate current challenges or deep-seated issues which may present as a difficulty in identifying and expressing emotions, feelings of being estranged from needs, or a sense of being stuck. We will work towards new experiences in behaviour, thoughts and emotions. 

I am a counsellor offering in-person and online sessions on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, gender, and sexuality. Based in Liverpool Street, I mostly support LGBTQIA+ clients, and am committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space that is trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and anti-racist.   

***Available for new clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays*       I work with individuals and couples- providing a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, relationships, or life challenges. Whether you need a compassionate listener or a deeply reflective and analytical approach, I am here to support you.       Every relationship has its challenges, but with the right support, growth and connection are possible. In couples therapy, we can work together on a range of issues, including improving communication, managing conflict, navigating relationship transitions, and healing from grief or trauma.

I am an Integrative therapist this allows me to provide a reflexive therapy space that is tailored to each individuals needs. I work relationaly and with a person centered, trauma informed approach. I support a broad range of people and specialise in supporting people in the LGBTQ+ community. I am experienced in supporting Trans and non-binary clients. I offer in person therapy for individuals in Hackney Central and Holborn, as also offer online therapy.

Life can be challenging; sometimes, we all need a space to discuss things. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationships, burnout, or significant life changes, therapy can help you find clarity and move forward. I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with an MSc from Metanoia Institute, and I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind.
