I’m a trauma-trained integrative therapist who works with individuals and couples. I build connections with my clients rooted in honesty, empathy, compassion and openness. My goal is to help you understand how you fit into your environment and the spaces you inhabit — physically and emotionally. Creating a safe, trusting space is essential for meaningful healing. I recognise that building this trust takes time and I’m here to support you through that process at your own pace. In our sessions, you lead the way — setting the pace and defining your goals.
