I am an associate at Dynamic Change Consultants, a foremost London psychology practice, where I see clients privately. I also work at a large and renowned NHS Trust as a lead clinical psychologist in corporate wellbeing services. I specialise in staff wellbeing, organisational strategy and racial equity.                                                                              

From navigating trauma and distress, to exploring identity and intimacy, my practice is rooted in flexibility, collaborative trust, and evidence-based care. I’m a Queer/lesbian, mindfulness-based core process therapist working in London Bridge and online. Mindfulness-based core process psychotherapy (MBCPP) combines Buddhist psychology and psychodynamic psychotherapy. My work is underpinned by Buddhist principles of mindfulness, compassion and unconditional acceptance and also explores our early development and wounding and how we came to be in relationship with others. Originally from South Africa, I have a gentle, creative and down-to-earth approach and work with those affected by childhood trauma and relationship difficulties.
