My identity is non-binary and queer. As a therapist I aim to provide a safe and welcoming space for those identifying as LGBTQIA+ who may have been negatively impacted by experiences of homophobia/transphobia, stigma, discrimination, social isolation, exclusion and rejection to name a few. In our work together I will offer tools of compassionate enquiry for you to explore your feelings, face past traumas and develop more self-acceptance. For 10 years I lived in a Buddhist Monastery and practiced daily meditation as well as embodied mindfulness, which informs and supports my therapeutic work.
