Hello! My approach to therapy is inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy, consent, and warmth. I specialise in issues related to attachment, trauma, relationships, identity (including gender and sexuality), as well as shame and anxiety. My experience includes working with marginalised groups such as LGBTQIA+ individuals, foreign nationals, sex workers, and neurodiverse people. Everyone is welcome. Queer people deserve queer therapists. Being LGBTQIA+ is an incredible gift, but it can also be immensely challenging. I know the power that therapy has to bring individual change. That can translate into the wellbeing of our community.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.

People seek therapy for many different reasons. You may feel lost, isolated or uncertain about where to turn, or you may recognise some kind of internal distress and want to break out of unhelpful repetitive patterns of behaviour but are unsure where to begin.
