I provide a supportive and reflective space for people to explore the parts of their life which causes them pain or dissatisfaction. Through exploration I help people connect to the ignored and hidden parts of themselves, helping them bring change into their life. Being a psychodynamic psychotherapist means I am interested in unconscious patterns and communication. For me this extends to thinking about the unconscious messages we receive from family and society, as people from marginalised sexual and gender groups, and exploring our social identities, whether that be race, gender, religion or culture.

I’m a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist based in Peckham, South London. I’m mixed-race (British-Thai), queer and a cisgendered man. I’m experienced and passionate about working with people from minoritised communities, having first-hand experience navigating the unique challenges that come with multiple identities.
