Good for you that you are seeking psychotherapy and taking time to find the right therapist for your needs. If we choose to work together this would usually be in sessions of 75 – 90 minutes which aligns with the natural brain cycles of human processing of healing and learning. These sessions are therefore longer than the traditional 50 minutes and often clients therefore need fewer sessions to start to bring real changes into their lives and experience of being in the world.
