I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist working online. You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already what you would like to talk about. Alternatively, you may be feeling down and low and need support with processing your feelings and emotions. Counselling may be able to offer a fresh perspective, or support you to make changes needed to get you to a better place. I work with people from all backgrounds, in a range of areas. I  have worked closely with male issues and have experience working with gender diversity and LGBT+ issues.

Anti-pathologising.I believe that you get to define what healing means for you, and I am here to support you. ​I work in a relaxed, informal and conversational style, providing a space for you to explore anything and everything that is important to you. No issue is too big or small for therapy. I believe there is always hope, and that we can work together to find it.

If you’re reading this, you’ve likely shapeshifted through rooms that never really saw you – softened your truth, masked who you really are, or been made to feel you’re “too much” and “not enough.” You might be burnt out from surviving systems that were never built with you in mind, or your queerness may have been dismissed or sexualised. Maybe Kink, ENM, or sex work has offered space to reclaim agency – and now, you want therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain that.
