I have faced many of the difficulties our community endures and I offer discounted rates for LGBTQ+ people who have been victims of violence and abuse – as well as bringing a large amount of empathy for these issues to my practice. Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi.  I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I grew up in northern Italy, spending much of my youth searching for identity and belonging. As a gay man, I understand the complexity of navigating sexuality, shame and self-acceptance within family and cultural expectations. Drawn to literature, philosophy and spirituality, I became comfortable with life’s deeper questions without dogma. Before training in Psychosynthesis counselling in London, I worked in luxury interior design, where discretion and sensitivity were essential. Today, I offer a calm, confidential space for LGBTQ+ clients to explore identity, relationships and life transitions with authenticity, courage and self-compassion.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist and Registered Relationship Therapist working with individuals and couples across London. I specialise in relationships that don’t fit conventional moulds; LGBTQ+ partnerships, ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and people navigating sexual identity, desire and intimacy. My practice is sex-positive and kink-aware. I understand minority stress, the weight of living outside the mainstream, and what it means to want a therapist who genuinely gets it rather than one who merely tolerates it.
