My name is Natalie (she/they) and I’m an integrative therapist, supervisor and Accredited member of the BACP, providing online or phone therapy. I aim to offer you a space in which you feel understood and supported to explore whatever is impacting you. Through our work together we can identify patterns in your life and relationships, making meaning of your feelings and experiences as you move towards the life you want for yourself. I mostly work with people on their significant relationships – with family, partners, and themselves. I see both couples and individuals looking for insight, change or a deeper understanding of themselves. I have shedloads of experience, both inside and outside the counselling room. I came out in my 20’s, and have a special interest in the process of people finding and embracing their core sexual and gender identify.  I also work with people within a broad range of consensual, non-traditional relationships. 

I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor which means I am trained in a variety of theoretical approaches that can be adapted, depending on the client needs. I work with adult individuals and couples face to face from a private room in central Surbiton. I have experience with transgender clients in various stages of transition, families of a person transitioning and LGBTQI+ affirming therapy along side work with couples in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships. I aim to provide a confidential, empathetic, warm, respectful and non-judgmental space in which we can build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect and
