Chris Ricot BA MA MBACP
About the Therapist
Hello, I'm Chris. If you've found yourself here, chances are you're worried, anxious or overwhelmed. You may have been carrying something for a long time, or perhaps something in your life has changed and you're looking for support. You may be looking for someone to talk to who isn't a friend or family.Â
My approach is an ‘integrative’ one, meaning that I draw on different psychotherapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. For me, therapy is not about being judged or analysed. It is about creating a space where you can think, feel and make sense of your experience with another person.
I have worked longterm with LGBT+ individuals at MIND. In addition to private practice, I also work with LGBT+ clients at the NHS South London and Maudsley Foundation Trust.
