About the Therapist
At times in life, we can feel lost or overwhelmed, or unsure of what we are feeling or why. This may come after a loss, diagnosis, life transition, or when exploring questions around identity, including gender.
At these times, relationships—with ourselves and others—can feel complicated. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space where you will be fully listened to and supported. I also support clients in exploring questions about identity in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and move towards greater clarity and self-understanding.
I support you in exploring and processing your feelings so you can make choices that feel right for you. You are encouraged to bring all parts of yourself, without fear of judgement or being a burden.
Counselling can help you develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and balance in your life
I can help you to:
Support young adults who are exploring their identity and sense of self
Identify your needs and communicate them more clearly
Build self-compassion and reduce self-criticism
Feel more confident being yourself
Strengthen boundaries and say no when needed
Understand yourself more deeply
Create better life balance

My core approach is person-centred, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I work alongside you at your pace, supporting you to explore your experiences and develop deeper self-understanding.
I work integratively, tailoring my approach to each client’s individual needs. I draw on different therapeutic perspectives to ensure the support I offer is flexible, relevant, and responsive to you.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, anti-oppressive, and inclusive. I recognise the impact that discrimination, stigma, and minority stress can have on wellbeing, and I aim to offer a space where all aspects of identity are welcomed and respected. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development in this area.

My standard fee is £70 per session, and I offer a low-cost option for those on lower income who require it.
Once you get in touch, you will be invited to a free 15-minute initial phone consultation- this allows us to explore your needs, go through any questions you might have, what is bringing you to counselling, what you're hoping to get out of it in more detail, and how we can work together to best support your journey.
