Jack Sharp (They / Them) - Liverpool Street
About the Therapist
I am a counsellor offering in-person and online sessions on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, gender, and sexuality. Based in Liverpool Street, I mostly support LGBTQIA+ clients, and am committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space that is trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and anti-racist.Â
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach depending on the client’s needs by employing a variety of techniques from various psychotherapeutic modalities. At the centre of my work is the relationship between counsellor and client. I strive to create a confidential, non-judgemental space in which the client feels comfortable and safe exploring difficult thoughts and feelings.
