About the Therapist
I lead the Gay Men’s Therapy service at The Good Mental Health Company. I bring passion for therapeutic work and a lifetime of experience. I take great care and pride in leading this service, ensuring that gay men can access therapy that is grounded in understanding, collaboration, safety and care.
The service has been thoughtfully shaped around the lived experiences of gay men, navigating questions of identity, intimacy, relationships, chemsex, substance use, and mental health. It offers a space where these realities are understood in context, and where they can be spoken about openly without fear of judgement or misunderstanding.

I have significant experience supporting predominantly gay men with issues relating to mental health, chemsex, alcohol and other substance use, alongside the wider emotional and relational challenges that often accompany these experiences.
My understanding of these issues is both professional and informed by lived experience. Alongside my therapeutic work, I currently manage a busy LGBTQ+ drug, alcohol and chemsex support service in London. Before moving into management, I worked directly with clients as a volunteer, LGBTQ+ Recovery Worker/Chemsex Lead and Assistant Manager. These roles have given me extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties, from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem to trauma, shame, relationship difficulties and the impact of addiction.
I recognise that every person's story is unique. While my experience has given me a strong understanding of the challenges many gay men can face, I don't make assumptions about your experience. Instead, I aim to offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where we can explore what is happening for you at your own pace.
